Butternut
Business Park
The Butternut Business Park was esablished in 2007 as
part of the village's smart growth planing. The Park is intended to
provide for a diversified economy and encourages light manufacturing
operations and small businesses. The goal of the park is to foster job
creation and retention. Business Park ordinances are in effect to help
maintain aesthetic and environmental standards and to support the
village's economic goals. Interested buinesses must present a business
plan and timeline to the Butternut Village Board. Free assistance with
writing a plan is available through Ashland Area Development Corporation
which has an office in Butternut the second Monday of each month located
at 240 Second Street in Butternut (the old Butternut Veneer Mill
Office). For more information on the Business Park or AADC, contact
